Our membership services are provided by Mighty Networks, an online platform that allows us to sell our membership services to you. Our picture bookshop is supported by Wix, an online e-commerce store that allows us to sell our books to you. Our on-demand merchandise shop is supported by Printful, a print-on-demand platform that allows us to sell our branded products to you.
SECTION 1 – MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Cancellation: You can cancel your Membership at any time by emailing the support team at contact@mrsmummyphd.com. When you cancel, you will remain liable for the remaining term at the point of cancellation. This applies to both the monthly and annual payment plans.
Refunds: The Site and Membership (Scholarly Mamas) and Mrs Mummy PhD Ltd do not offer refunds for monthly and annual memberships. As a User of the Site, Membership or Shop, you understand that membership fees are non-refundable. Please consult the Terms on https://doodledozen.com regarding refunds concerning our branded books or merchandise.
Security: If you register with the Site or Membership, you agree to keep your password secure and confidential and not allow anyone else to use your email address or password to access the Site or Membership; not to do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any secured area of the Site; and not to create additional registration accounts to abuse the functionality of the Site or Membership, or other users, or to seek to pass yourself off as another User. You will not use vulgar, offensive usernames or any other usernames deemed to be inappropriate by Mrs Mummy PhD or Scholarly Mamas. Provision of Information: If you provide any information to the Site, Membership or Shop you agree to provide only true, accurate and complete information to us and/or the Site. Any personal information provided by Users will be treated with appropriate care and security per our privacy policy. You further agree that if you submit any material to us other than Personal Data, you agree to grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use your contribution in all media, and you warrant that all such materials are original, that you have the right to grant such licence and you agree to waive your moral rights for the purposes of such licence. Any comments left within the Membership or blogs are the views of the User rather than Mrs Mummy PhD, Scholarly Mamas and Doodle Dozen. By allowing comments to remain does not mean that Mrs Mummy PhD, Scholarly Mamas or Doodle Dozen endorse the views or information contained within. We cannot take responsibility for the accuracy of the information posted by users.
