Legitimate interests: where a third party has shared information about you with us and you have not consented to the sharing of that information, we will have a legitimate interest in processing that information in certain circumstances. Our legitimate interest is the performance of our obligations under our sub-contract. Where you request access to your information, we are required by law to use all reasonable measures to verify your identity before doing so. Our website may allow you to register any ‘Sensitive Information’, however when we ask for this, you will be considered to have explicitly consented to us processing that sensitive personal information under Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

5. Retention of personal data
Mrs Mummy PhD Ltd will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Mrs Mummy PhD Ltd will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our Site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also see and edit that information.
